Our family business is now based in Queensland, where our sauces are crafted to deliver on our promise: ‘Flavour that hits you like a freight train.’ With each bottle, you’ll experience layers of taste, starting with your food, followed by our vibrant sauces, and ending with a kick of heat.

Though we're primarily online, you can find us at various community markets or visiting our van, the Wild Freight Train Kitchen.
